Read all the instructions before starting the form.

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all requests. We are generally unavailable between the hours of 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM - Please plan accordingly.

This form is:

  • Only for electricians and contractors.

  • Instrumentation meter installation.

  • Switch gear maintenance - meter access.

  • Other meter requests (excluding residential services).

This form is NOT:

  • For residential services.

  • For energizing ENMAX transformers.

  • Services during regular business hours. Please contact 403-514-2807
