Meter services
Select one of the options below if you require a meter installation or removal in Calgary and are billing on the government regulated Rate Option (RRO).
Install
If you want a meter installed you'll need a site id for each location. Once you have received your site id please wait 24 hours prior to submitting your meter installation request.
Remove
If you want a meter removed, please call us at 403-219-7799 between 8am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday. In order to remove a meter you must be the property owner.
To remove a gas or water meter please contact your service distributor.
Modify
To upgrade or downgrade the capacity of your meter, or for a meter relocation, please fill out an online form below.

- If you're not on the RRO contact your retailer directly and they'll coordinate the installation/removal of your meter with ENMAX Power Corp. on your behalf.
