Helping build strong and resilient communities

We are committed to supporting our communities through partnerships, donations and employee volunteerism.

In 2023, we invested $3.8 million in community support in Alberta and Maine, with a primary focus on funding to partner agencies to support energy affordability programs, including essential needs funding, energy efficiency education and conservation programs.

Employee Giving and Volunteering

Our people are our most valuable resource. We give back to the communities we live in, work in and serve by volunteering and supporting the organizations that matter most to our employees.

Our volunteering has included holiday light setups at Alberta Children’s Hospital and Lion’s Festival of Lights, walking in Calgary’s Pride Parade, packing hampers at the Calgary Food Bank, building snuffle mats for the Calgary Humane Society, gardening at Silvera for Seniors and packing treat bags for Distress Centre Calgary.
