ENMAX appoints Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs

Calgary, Alta. – ENMAX Corporation (ENMAX) is pleased to announce that after a thorough and competitive market search, Marie Rajic has been appointed as Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs effective Monday, July 22, 2024.

Marie brings a wealth of experience in government affairs, strategic communication, Indigenous relations, board management, sustainability and corporate planning.

Well-known and highly respected with established relationships at all levels of government, Marie’s career has included time as a strategic advisor to well-known elected officials and represented corporate interests with government and other key stakeholders. Marie possesses valuable experience from her years leading media relations and crisis, internal and external communications while serving as Senior Vice President (Prairie Region and National Energy Lead) for Hill+Knowlton Strategies.

Currently serving as the Director, Government and Community Relations at Pathways Alliance, Marie’s career has also included leadership contributions with TC Energy, SAIT, the Government of Canada and the Office of the Premier with the Government of Alberta, making her a well-rounded candidate for the role.

In addition to her professional achievements, Marie is actively engaged in various boards and organizations, including the Women’s Economic Council of Alberta (WECA), the International Women’s Forum (IWF) and is on the Board of Directors of Pure Life Carbon. She has been honored with distinguished awards such as the Queen’s Jubilee Medal and was recognized among Calgary’s Top 40 under 40.

Marie holds a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Arts from the University of Manitoba, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary and completed the Executive Management Program at Columbia University.
